We offer a variety of Beer and Wine to take home with you or to enjoy in house with your lunch or dinner. A nice red wine pairs well with our savory galettes and the white pairs well with our sweet galettes.

We make all our scones fresh in house and personally nothing goes better with a cup of coffee than a delicious scone.
Sweet Galettes
Our Sweet Galettes made fresh in-house at our Boutique cafe located in Appleton Wisconsins downtowns historic district.
They come in a few delicious variety's from our Blueberry Basil Sweet Galette to our Blueberry, Blackberry Sweet Galette and then we have our Peach Sweet Galette. All crispy and warm served with a dollop of sweet cream custard.
Savory Galettes
We offer a variety of savory galettes all made in house fresh and crispy the way god intended.
Our Mushroom Galette is filled with Gruyère cheese, shallots, wild mushrooms with a hint of figs and nuts.
Our Sausage Galette is filled with fresh made in-house Italian sausage, feta cheese, Italian cheese, aged cheddar, spinach and basil.

We offer an ever changing variety of soups, flavors change daily most of which are gluten free and we always have a vegetarian option. Try a cup or a bowl along with one of our unique sandwiches. Turkey bacon, Roasted sweet potato, Chicpea, a grilled cheese and last but not least our Chicken salad sandwich.
Our Grilled Cheese
Filled with 3 cheeses and latterly melting before it hits your mouth. Add Bacon or Tomato to this lovely American Sandwich.
FlatBreads
Our amazing little flatbreads our enough to feed two people or a big meal for one.
Variety's include our Cherry Tomato Flatbread, Our Pair cream cheese flatbread and our Roasted Butternut Squash Flatbread. You can also add bacon or tomato to any of our delicious flatbreads or sandwiches.

We serve McFleshmans Beer and Appleton Beer Factory Beer by the glass or can for in house to be enjoyed with your lunch or diner. The flatbreads go well with a nice cold beer. We also sell six packs of beer to go. Along with beer we have a wide variety of canned wines and other canned drinks.
